This application has been filed for modification of the
order dated 02.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40510 of 2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that charges have not been framed as yet and bail was granted to the petitioner on condition that trial should be concluded within a period of six months from the date of framing of the charge.
Learned trial Judge is directed to separate the trial of the petitioner, if needed and frame charge and proceed with the trial expeditiously and shall submit report within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order regarding compliance of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, I am not inclined to modify the conditions of bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 307 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 2nd
