The petitioners are in custody in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 24.10.2018.
Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel submits that there is no specific overt act against these petitioners. He further submits that similarly circumstanced coaccused Sanjay Yadav, Shivji Yadav @ Shivji Prasad Yadav, Bal Ram Kumar Yadav @ Balram Yadav, Gaya Dhar Yadav and

Kamleshwar Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.12.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 66269 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 157 of 2018.
