At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they were on police bail under Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. and did not misuse the privilege of police bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on the basis of materials available on record and also considering the fact that earlier the petitioners were on police bail and did
