4 05-04-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No. 86 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners as well as other accused persons is of causing death of deceased and petitioners happens to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact deceased had fallen ill and during treatment she died which will appear from para 34 and 35 of the case diary in which doctor has accepted about the treatment to deceased and there is no allegation against these petitioners.

circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
