Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners seek bail in Case No. 06C2/18 instituted for offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
221.420 litres of illicit liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the house of these petitioners. Petitioners are ladies.
Petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of
