Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Spl. Case No. 1678/2018, arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 338/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
13.5 litres of Nepali liquor is alleged to have been recovered from a motorcycle which was driven by this petitioner.
Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the clean antecedent of petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Case No. 338/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
