The petitioner seeks bail in Bisfi (Patauna) P.S Case No. 129/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 332, 333, 353, 109, 114, 427, 435, 379, 504, 506 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3 of Damage of Public Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against this petitioner in the Fardbeyan .

The other accused with similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 765/2019 dated 21.01.2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti at Madhubani in connection with Bisfi (Patauna) P.S Case No. 129/2018 , subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
