Petitioner seeks bail in Rivilganj P.S. Case No.320 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. Informant has raised suspicion in the written report against Rizwan Ahmad and Sudhir Kr. Mishra of kidnapping his son. The police during investigation arrested one Bhanu Pratap Singh, who disclosed the name of this petitioner in his confessional statement before the police.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2018.
