learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is in custody in connection with
Karakat P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case two unknown persons were named in the fardebeyan as offenders. He submits that till date as against two alleged miscreants five have been apprehended. The petitioner is in custody since 5.5.2018. he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.
