Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the
counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 625 of 2018, Special Case No. 9922 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case 60 liters Mahua country made liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the liquor alleged house wherefrom liquor was seized.
Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail
