Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in Daudpur P.S. Case No. 225/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
In the written report it is alleged that 300 litres of illicit country made liquour has been recovered from a Santro Car in which petitioner was found sitting.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2018.
Keeping in view the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
