2 20-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are younger and elder brothers-in-law of the deceased lady whereas petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are the mother-in-law and the father-in-law of the deceased lady, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

main allegation is against the husband of having demanded a motorcycle whereas there is no specific allegation against these petitioners.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners in the F.I.R., let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh (Patna), in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.180 of 2017 (G.R. No.733/2017), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
