Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No.149 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced on the statement of coaccused and there is no recovery from the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
