2 23-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 354 of 2018 for the offences under Section 279 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.09.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and in fact police has planted pistol to implicate this petitioner in the instant case.
Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
