Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Rani Talab P. S. Case No. 201 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms.
It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence petitioner and other accused persons arrived at the house of the informant armed with various weapons. It is further alleged that petitioner caused fire arm injury to Sunil Kumar.
The injury report of injured Sunil Kumar has been annexed as Annexure-2 to bail petition, wherein, the doctor has found one gun shot injury on right hand shoulder which is

opined to be simple in nature.
Petitioner is in custody since 1.4.2019.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Dist. Patna in connection with Rani Talab P. S. Case No. 201 of 2017 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
