The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 325, 379, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the

present case due to ulterior motive. There is case and counter case between the parties for the land dispute. Further submission is that both the parties are gotia and in the alleged occurrence, both the parties have sustained injuries.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
