The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 739 of 2018 registered under Sections 401, 419, 420, 414, 467, 471, 386, 384 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in this case. He has no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from his possession.
