The petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P. S. Case No. 11/19, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged in the written report that one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 4.1.2019 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Sitamarhi, in
