The instant writ application has been filed for issuance
of direction and passing appropriate order for cutting down trees from the premises of the petitioner which caused much trouble by breaking boundary wall and covering/blocking sun-light as well as inconvenience due to permanent habitat of animals and birds.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed necessary application before the District Magistrate, Munger, for removing/cutting the said trees vide Speed Post dated 14.07.2018 and a copy of the said application was also sent to the Superintendent of Police, Munger, but no action has been taken in the matter.

Under the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed off with direction to the District Magistrate, Munger, to pass appropriate order on the application filed by the petitioner by Speed Post dated 14.07.2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
