The petitioner seeks bail in Special N.D. P. S. Case No. 16 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 20(b) of N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that recovery of ganja has been made from the shop of Ashok Kumar. Learned counsel further submits that other co -accused of this case has already been granted bail by this Hon’ble Court by order dated 11.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc No. 79863 of 2018.
It is alleged that total 25 kg of Ganja has been recovered from tea shop of Ashok Kumar. The petitioner is alleged to be sitting on the aforesaid tea shop.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J- VI, Katihar, in connection with Special N. D.P. S. Case No. 16 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
