Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in Kadam Kuan P. S. Case No. 655 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to make necessary correction in the bail petition during course of the day.
Permission is accorded.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any foreign liquor from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from Arogya Mandir Sansthan, Nala Road. The police, later on implicated this

petitioner on the basis of CCTV footage installed in the campus of said Arogya Mandir Sansthan, wherein, police found the activity of the petitioner and other accused persons.
The petitioner is in custody since 5.1.2019.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Spl. Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Kadam Kuan P. S. Case No. 655 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
