The appellant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sakari P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x)(va) of SC/ST Act.
Allegation against the appellant is that he assaulted the informant and taken away Rs.10,000/- and golden chain from his pocket.
Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that he is the employee of the informant and some there were some wages were due with the informant and when the appellant demanded his wages, then he has falsely been implicated in this case, which he has mentioned in para-11 of the memo of appeal and now the compromise has also made between the parties.

Further, he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the appellant, above named, be surrendered within a period of six weeks and on surrender he will release on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, SC/ST Cum-1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Madhubani, in connection with Sakari P.S. Case No. 47 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, this appeal is allowed and the impugned order is set-aside.
