8 19-01-2018 In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Transferred Case (Civil) No. 126 of 2015 issuing direction to the State Bar Councils, this petition is rendered infructuous as the Bihar State Bar Council is also a part and parcel to the same for conducting the election in accordance to the direction issued by the Supreme Court in the aforesaid case on 23rd of August, 2017, as available on record.
This petition is dismissed.
