Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the aforesaid order this Court has could not take notice of Annexures 3, 4 and 5, whereby leave of the petitioner was sanctioned and direction was issued for joining, yet the Incharge Headmaster of the school has not allowed the petitioner to join.
