In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar, reported in (2017) 5 SCC 383 , the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent District Superintendent of Education, Araria redesignated as District Programme Officer, Araria to examine the case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with principle laid down by the Apex Court in Mukesh (Supra) and take final decision within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed
of.
