The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Laheriasrai P.S. Case No.176 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 452, 380, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga took cognizance in the case differing with the police report and the fact that the informant is father-in-law of the petitioner Manisha Chaudhary and several cases have been filed by him against the petitioner Manisha Chaudhary and her family members after she instituted a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code against her husband and in-laws vide Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No.40 of 2014 on 22.07.2014, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.176 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
