4 03-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner, already in custody since 17.07.2017, seeks bail in connection with Singhiya P.S.Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under Sections 115,120B and 353 of the Indian penal Code and 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation in brief is that four miscreants were apprehended by the police from a Bolero vehicle and recovered arms from the possession of some of them and they disclosed that they were hired as contract killer by the petitioner to kill one Kailash Rai owner of Jagdamba Travels.
Submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his name is disclosed by one of the co-accused and this petitioner has only two criminal antecedents.

Whereas learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has suppressed his criminal antecedents, as the report called with regard to criminal antecedent from the court below shows that he has four criminal antecedents.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in particular suppression of the criminal antecedents, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is presently rejected.
However, petitioner may renew his prayer of bail, if trial is not concluded within six months.
