Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 15.2.2018, seeks bail in Nawada PS Case No. 96 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the IPC and Section 3(X) of Bihar School Examination Act.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended while giving Intermediate examination in place of Sri Ram Thakur, the real examinee.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and is in custody since 15.2.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Santosh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nawada in connection with Nawada PS Case No. 96 of 2018.
