The petitioners, already in custody since 10.02.2018, seek bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 87 of 2018 registered under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 216K and 292 of the Indian penal Code and 65,66D, 67 and 67a of the Information and Technology Act, 2000.
Allegation in brief is that shop of the petitioner no. 1, wherein two other petitioners are employed, raided by the police and software was being found installed in the mobile set by

removing IMEI No. of the original mobile set and to give a separate IMEI No. and 12 mobile sets were found without any number.
Submission is that besides so-called App., there is no other mobile found from the shop of the petitioner having any tampering with the IMEI No. and the petitioner no. 1 is the shopkeeper engaged in selling and repairing of mobiles and all the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Pramod Kumar Mishra, Dheeraj Kumar and Rakesh Kumar, are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018.
