Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1102 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration that petitioner has taken active part in the alleged crime, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to

the competent court at the time of consideration of regular bail
application of the petitioner.
