Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 22.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55877 of 2017 with a direction that once the charge is framed in this case the learned trial court shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction, however, it has been informed that in this case other co-accused are absconding as such the charge has not been framed against the petitioner.
In view of the above facts and circumstance, the learned court below is directed to expedite the commitment of the petitioner, even by separating the case of the petitioner from the other accused persons and other parts of the earlier order shall remain intact.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is
disposed of.
