This application has been filed by petitioner for cancellation of bail bond of the Opposite Party no.2, who has been released on bail, vide order dated 2.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10549 of 2018.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that several cases are pending against him but he has not mentioned the same in the criminal misc. application and he has been granted bail.
Heard learned A.P.P. and from perusal of the record, it appears that the bail has been granted on merit and the antecedent of the petitioner has not been considered. Apart from

the suppression of the antecedent, there is nothing to show that the petitioner has misused the privilege of bail.
In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order granting bail to the Opposite Party No.2.
As such this application is dismissed.
