It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 27.09.2018 passed in this case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was allowed, however, in the second paragraph of the said order, in place of Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code has inadvertently been mentioned.
In view of the aforesaid fact, let Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, mentioned in the second paragraph of order dated 27.09.2018 be read as Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Let this order be communicated to the concerned court
below forthwith.
