ORAL ORDER
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 834 of 2017 instituted under Sections 323,341,379 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation in brief is that marriage of the petitioner no. 1 was solemnised 16 years back with the complainant and it is alleged that Rs. One lac was being demanded as assistance for construction of residential house.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that marriage was solemnised 16 years back and there are four children out of wedlock so allegation is frivolous and it is

complainant who did not want to live with petitioner and despite notice she did not appear.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Vijay Paswan, Laxman Paswan @ Lachhuman Paswan and Dularia Devi, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-834 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
