2 11-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S. Case No.73 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in course of search so far as the present petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that one black and red colour Samsung mobile with Sims of Airtel was recovered. So far as recovery of arms is concerned, the same has been alleged against co-accused Gudar Ram. Petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that only mobile phone is said to have been recovered from the petitioner and he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., I/C, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha (Dharampura) P.S. Case No.73 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
