Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 1.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33077 of 2017 with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial without a period of seven months.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is in custody for more than one year. Up-till-now only the charge has been framed against her. She is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her. She has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
