Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer of bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 339 of 2018 with liberty to renew his prayer of bail after framing of charge.

As per submission, now charge has been framed against the petitioner on 13.04.2018, which is reflected from the impugned order, so the petitioner namely, Sanjay Yadav @ Bauna, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 111 of 2017.
