Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court with observation to renew the prayer of bail after framing of charge. Now charge has been framed, as submitted, by order dated 24.03.2018.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Kaishar Ali @ Munmun, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Gopalganj in connection with S.Tr. No. 98 of 2018 arising out of Mirganj P.S. Case No. 282 of 2017.
