Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

was granted bail by this Court three months back vide order dated 26.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16157 of 2018, but has not been released for the reason that one of the conditions imposed in the order is of verification regarding his criminal antecedent as inadvertently it was mentioned in earlier bail application that he bears no criminal antecedent though, in reality, he has criminal antecedent.

This act for obtaining bail by the petitioner by order dated 26.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16157 of 2018 tentamount to playing fraud with the Court by suppressing the fact, so there is no question of modification of previous order of bail rather for concealment of the fact, the order granting bail on 26.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16157 of 2018 is

cancelled. The application stands dismissed.
