Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.7.2017 in Cr.Misc.No. 31842 of 2017 on merit.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession there is nothing against the petitioner and earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on the ground that coaccused Dharmendra Kumar has been refused bail but the said Dharmendra Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39076 of 2017.

thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.345 of 2016, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner will co-operate in trial and appear in the court below as and when required, failing which his bail bond shall stand cancelled.
