Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-147, 148, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner No. 1 is of assaulting the informant by means of lathi. Allegation against petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 is of assaulting the informant & others by bricks. Allegation against petitioner No. 4 is of assaulting the informant’s son by Lathi.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that

only hurt was made to the son of the informant. There is land dispute between the parties from before.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-IX, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
