The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was apprehended along with a stolen motorcycle.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the same police first recorded his self statement and thereafter prepared seizure-list. The petitioner has got not criminal antecedent. His signature has not been obtained on the seizure list. He is in custody since 22.12.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of five months
