Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(b),201,34 of the IPC.
The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Annexure-2 reveals that the informant had filed a petition before the learned court below that in fact the victim died due to illness and this fact came to her knowledge only after lodging of the FIR.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 352 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
