This application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.12.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. no. 50125 of 2017.

The petitioner has not surrendered in terms of the aforesaid order and the instant modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.12.2017.The order dated 19.12.2017 is clear and speaking order.
This Court does not find any merit in the modification
