This application under Section 482 Cr. P.C. has been filed for quashing of the FIR vide Kusheshwar Sthan P.S. case no. 154 of 2015.
A report was called from the Court below which has been received from which it appears that cognizance has already been taken against the accused persons (petitioners) by the Court below by order dated 5.2.2018. The case is now fixed in the Court below for appearance of the accused persons.
Therefore, this petition has now become infructuous.
