withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 23.02.2011 (Annexure-3) passed in Case No.09/2010 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of

thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
