appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 395 dated 14.12.2011 passed in Case Nos.84/2010, 100/2010-11, 108/2010-11, 124/2010-11 and 125/2010 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Permission is accorded.
The petitioners shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
The present application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and direction.
The complaint in respect to the appointment of the petitioners was made beyond 30 days and the District Appellate Authority ought to have rejected the complaint on this sole ground itself. No principle of natural justice has been complied in the present case.
