In the present writ application since the dispute relates to

only with regard to payment of deferred dearness allowance arrear of the petitioner prior to November, 1992, the application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra within a period of one month raising the claim for payment of deferred dearness allowance with supporting documents.

2. In case such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra shall be required to examine
