A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 wherein categorical statement is made that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the whole amount of general provident fund with up-to-date statutory interest thereon amounting to Rs.8,36,728/(Rs.47,363 + 7,89,385) till date have been paid to the petitioner on 28.03.2017.
