Petitioner was apprehended at wee hour along with others and during course of search from the possession of the petitioner one country made loaded automatic pistol, cartridges, and mobile set was recovered. Furthermore, from para 3 of the
petition, it is evident that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.
Prayer of regular bail is rejected.
